Annastatia Moody is a dynamic and tenacious consultant and coach who brings a diverse background in consulting, training and development, and expertise in human performance to every client engagement. She has designed, developed, and delivered high-impact engagements in Fortune 500 companies, the Department of Defense and served as a Human Performance Expert for the US Army. Annastatia’s experience allows her to effectively engage and impact performance at all levels of organizations, from the C-Suite to the front line. Clients especially appreciate her insight in one-on-one coaching conversations and her ability to design large-scale interventions to impact large global organizations.
Annastatia attended the University of Nevada Las Vegas and graduated with a bachelor’s in psychology and a minor in Sociology. She received her Master of Science in Kinesiology with a concentration in Sport Performance Psychology and Motor Behavior at The University of Tennessee, Knoxville. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Education in Leadership and Innovation from Arizona State University.
In her free time, Annastatia enjoys training for triathlons and wine tasting. She in the process of making her home in Atlanta with her six-year-old son Maxton, French bulldog Major, and a plethora of plants she’s lucky have survived under her care.
