Since joining JMW in 2012, Elyse Maltin has worked with leaders across industries, from front line to C-suite, to create and realize transformations at the individual, team, and organizational levels. Elyse also leads JMW’s assessment practice, supporting clients old and new to uncover hidden barriers to peak performance.
Whether leading JMW’s leadership development programs, working with executive teams to develop and deliver new futures for their organizations, or coaching individual leaders to see and overcome blind spots, Elyse draws on her deep background in employee engagement and leadership, as well as her keen listening, to connect with clients and support them in elevating their leadership and performance.
Elyse earned a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Western University and holds a B.A. in Psychology from McGill University. She is a single mom living in Toronto, and outside of work, loves hiking with her young daughter, practicing yoga, and writing.
