Irina Ryattel is a consultant who has focused on leadership performance since 2015. Prior to 2015, she spent 10 years working in project roles in international companies in the UK, France, Ireland, Russia, Italy, Kazakhstan, and Qatar. Irina’s education was in foreign languages and humanities, where she studied the role of language as applied in marketing as a business tool. She continued her studies with a graduate degree in business administration, focused on project management.
Irina leads and develops teams for performance in both office and worksite environments, provides one-on-one and team performance coaching, and trains groups and individuals in leadership skills that impact performance. Over her career, Irina has supported clients from the moment of defining the business challenge and setting direction for the solution, through to executing the change intervention and evaluating impacts with a clear focus on impact and sustainability at every stage. She works with all levels of the organization, including C-Suite, to design and deliver interventions and workshops around business transformation, leadership capability and development, organisational effectiveness, and cultural change.
In addition to her extensive consulting, coaching, and project management skills, Irina brings a rich background of cultural diversity. Born and raised in Russia, Irina is fluent in both English and Russian, with an academic background in French. Irina lives in London with her husband Aldo. In their free time, they enjoy planning adventures around the city.
