Jim Hoffman is an international consultant and coach dedicated to his clients’ meeting challenging goals and leading with integrity. Jim has more than 30 years of senior management experience
and 10 years of consulting experience in several business areas including pharmaceuticals, construction, aviation manufacturing, and semiconductors.

Since 2011, Jim has consulted and coached teams in the United States, Australia, France and Germany. Whether working with clients to achieve breakthrough safety performance in complex construction or manufacturing environments or successfully introduce new pharmaceutical product, Jim is recognized as an excellent coach and facilitator, engaging clients in creating and achieving audacious goals.

Jim has a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from the University of Illinois. He makes his home in Westminster, Colorado with his wife, Anne, and their dog, Maggie. Jim is an avid cyclist, woodworker, and an Italophile. He is working on attaining dual US-Italian citizenship
