Katherine Yiannoulis is JMW’s Chief Financial Officer, accountable for managing all day-to-day business and financial operations of JMW Consultants LLC, JMW UK Ltd., JMW Consultants Australia Pty Ltd., and JMW Consultants Canada Ltd.

As CFO, Katherine oversees all JMW’s budgets, expenditures, and business planning globally. In an organization that has grown and thrived by helping individuals and companies see and fulfill all their performance possibilities, Katherine keeps JMW’s own possibilities as a business front and center, with responsibilities that include analysis and financial outlook, accounting and internal control, billing, AP and payroll, financial reporting, cash management and treasury, tax, and audit. She also manages JMW’s IT initiatives, keeping a pulse on IT usage and leading efforts to continually evolve in that realm with increasing mobility.

In addition, Katherine manages banking and vendor relationships worldwide for JMW and develops and manages international transfer pricing policies. She monitors and reviews all financial aspects of proposed business engagements for the organization, evaluates risk exposure, and manages company-wide statistics and analytics.

Prior to joining JMW in 2000, Katherine was part of a Big Four accounting firm and worked with several management consultancies. Outside of work, she is active in a women’s group that focuses locally and nationally on cultural and philanthropic causes, including poverty and women’s rights and protections. In addition, she is an avid gardener and loves to knit.
