March 3, 2025 | London, United Kingdom. We are excited to announce the appointment of James Fricker as Managing Director for the United Kingdom and EMEA, a strategic hire that underscores the firm’s commitment to accelerating growth and expanding impact across the UK and European market.
In this role, James will lead JMW’s efforts to grow its presence with senior executives and enterprise clients across the UK. He will be responsible for regional business development, client relationship management, and commercial success, while partnering closely with the firm’s leadership team to deepen engagement in key sectors—particularly infrastructure, energy, and capital project delivery.
James brings more than 16 years of commercial leadership experience, with a track record of helping organizations scale, execute with discipline, and deliver meaningful impact. His ability to drive growth in complex, fast-moving environments makes him well-positioned to lead the next chapter of JMW’s UK business.
Most recently, James served as Global Managing Director at Sensat, a SaaS digital twin platform supporting infrastructure and capital project delivery. During his tenure, he led the company’s international expansion, secured large-scale contracts across multiple regions, and launched a profitable business unit in Australia. He’s known for aligning high-performing teams, delivering commercial results, and supporting clients through digital and strategic transformation.
With a passion for helping executives lead effectively through uncertainty and complexity, James has built a reputation for advising leaders on how to accelerate performance, align their organizations, and pursue growth with clarity and purpose.
