With more than 20 years of experience in executive consulting, strategy, and transformation, Huma brings a strong track record of leading change, developing leadership capability, and delivering performance breakthroughs across complex, high-stakes environments.
As a Delivery Leader, Huma is accountable for the successful implementation of JMW’s work with clients—ensuring that engagements are executed with precision, the firm’s people and assets are optimally deployed, and delivery teams are set up to succeed. Her role is central to the impact JMW creates with clients, from leadership alignment and capability building to measurable performance breakthroughs.
Huma is widely respected as a strategist, coach, and culture transformation leader. Her work focuses on helping executive teams create bold futures and deliver on their most ambitious goals. She has partnered with clients across a broad range of industries—including oil and gas, financial services, telecommunications, retail, infrastructure, ICT, and healthcare—supporting both enterprise-wide strategy shifts and major capital project execution.
Prior to joining JMW, Huma held leadership roles in both human resources and corporate strategy, where she focused on operational risk, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness. Her early exposure to large-scale capital projects sparked a passion for aligning people and performance in high-stakes environments. Over the years, she has consistently delivered results—including increased business performance, expanded leadership capacity, improved health and safety outcomes, and significant cost savings.
At JMW, Huma designs and delivers leadership development programs, provides executive coaching, and supports senior leaders in implementing strategic initiatives that shift organizational culture and unlock execution.
